I haven't received a confirmation of my order
Order Confirmation
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing your purchase. If it hasn't arrived yet, here's how to track it down.
Check Your Email Settings
Spam or Junk Folder Confirmation emails sometimes get filtered automatically. Take a quick look in your spam or junk folder.
Promotions Tab (Gmail) If you use Gmail, your confirmation may have landed in the "Promotions" tab instead of your primary inbox.
Email Address Accuracy Double-check that the email address you entered during checkout was correct.
No User Accounts
We don't currently offer user accounts on our website, so you won't be able to log in to check your order status. But don't worry—there are other ways to confirm your purchase went through.
Payment Verification
Occasionally, there may be a short delay if your payment information needs additional verification (for example, if details don't match your bank records). If this happens, we'll reach out to you directly via email.
What You Can Do Right Now
Contact Us If you've checked the above and still haven't received your confirmation, email us at support@shapeone.com. Please include the name or email address you used when placing your order.
Check Your Bank Statement If you see the charge on your statement, that's a good sign your order was processed—even if the confirmation email is delayed.
Why Might There Be a Delay?
- High traffic periods — During promotions or busy shopping times, confirmation emails may take a bit longer to send.
- Technical issues — On rare occasions, a glitch may delay or prevent the email from being sent.
