I haven't received a shipping confirmation

Shipping Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. If you haven't received this email yet, here's what to do.

Check Your Email Settings

Spam or Junk Folder Shipping confirmations sometimes get filtered automatically. Check your spam or junk folder first.

Promotions Tab (Gmail) If you use Gmail, our emails may appear in the "Promotions" tab rather than your primary inbox.

Email Address Accuracy Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. The shipping confirmation email is sent once your order has been dispatched—not when it's placed.

Still No Confirmation?

If you've checked all of the above and your shipping confirmation still hasn't arrived:

Contact Support Reach out to our customer support team with your order number and any other relevant details. We'll look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Check Other Folders Take another look in your Social or Promotions tabs—emails sometimes get sorted there unexpectedly.

Why Might There Be a Delay?

  • High demand — During busy periods or sales, order processing may take a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
  • Payment verification — Occasionally, orders are held for payment verification. If this happens, our support team will contact you directly.
